  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Baking soda.
  7. You need 30 gms of Raisins.
  8. It's 50 gms of Corn flakes.

  1. Preheat a oven 180 degree C..
  2. In a bowl whisk together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add milk, vanilla essence and combine again..
  3. Sift the dry ingredients directly into the fluffy butter mixture. Add raisins & cornflakes to form a dough..
  4. Divide the cookie dough into balls of same size, gently press each ball to make it flatten and dip on a plate of cornflakes to coat. Which provide extra crunch to cookies..
  5. Now place the cookies on a baking tray & make sure to give minimum 3 fingers gap between each cookie..
